Global eSIM Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview
Global eSIM provides prepaid digital mobile data plans delivered via eSIM profile (QR code or manual install). Plans are intended for international travel data use on compatible unlocked devices.
2. Purchase & Activation
Plans activate upon installation or first network registration, whichever occurs first. You are responsible for confirming device eSIM compatibility before purchase using our device checker.
3. Refunds
Activated eSIM plans are non-refundable. Unused, unactivated plans may be eligible for review on a case-by-case basis — contact support@globalesim.ai within 14 days of purchase.
4. Fair Use
Plans are for personal travel use. Resale, tethering beyond reasonable personal use, or automated high-volume traffic may result in throttling or suspension per carrier partner policies.
5. Network Coverage
Coverage, speeds (4G/5G/LTE), and network partners vary by destination and plan. Advertised speeds represent best-effort local network capability, not a guaranteed minimum.
6. Liability
Global eSIM liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected plan. We are not responsible for device incompatibility, carrier locks, or local network outages.
