Mobile Top-up Terms & Conditions

1. Top-up Service
Top-up adds prepaid data or extends validity to an existing Global eSIM line associated with your account or order. Top-up availability depends on the original plan and destination.
2. Eligibility
Only active or recently expired eSIM lines marked as top-up eligible in your account may receive a top-up. Carrier-locked or incompatible devices are not eligible.
3. Delivery
Top-up data is applied remotely to your eSIM profile — no new QR code is required in most cases. Allow up to 15 minutes for balance updates; restart mobile data if needed.
4. Refunds
Applied top-ups are non-refundable once data is credited. Failed top-ups due to system error will be refunded or re-credited at our discretion.
5. Expiry
Top-up validity follows the terms of the selected top-up package. Unused top-up data does not roll over after the stated expiry date.
